History

Gebr. Raaphorst Transport B.V. is an old family-company (95 years old).
Many years ago it started with barges. Later, when the container made his entrance Gebr. Raaphorst started with trucks. Initially box-containers were transported, later mainly tank-containers. Already at that time the main business was the transport of hazardous cargo. In 1999 we moved over from Rotterdam to Moerdijk in order to offer our clients more disciplines, such as storage, handling and heating of tank-containers.
